According to the "Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise" and "Emission Standards for Social Living Environmental Noise" formulated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China, the noise emissions of cooling towers shall not exceed 60 decibels during the day and 50 decibels at night.

The noise control of cooling towers is an important environmental issue, especially in densely populated or environmentally demanding areas where noise restrictions are more stringent. Adhering to these standards not only helps to avoid legal risks, but also reflects corporate social responsibility.
